Blueprint Genetics is a clinical genetic testing company aspiring to bring genetic knowledge to mainstream healthcare to benefit patients with rare inherited diseases worldwide. We are looking for a full-time, permanent Procurement Manager to join us in strengthening our operations in Espoo, Finland. This is a hybrid position – we like to see each other in the office every now and then but offer the opportunity to work remotely as well.

• Aligning local processes with global procurement policies and establishing documentation
• Maintaining our procurement processes in accordance with ISO13485 and CLIA & CAP requirements, overseeing, supporting, and training our teams in procurement process compliance
• Building key supplier relationships and negotiating competitive contracts
• Initiating and leading ERP system development projects related to procurement and taking overall ownership of Procure-to-Pay process
• Collaborating with several teams across the organization
• Providing training and support to other teams for procurement related questions
• Handling escalations related to suppliers and supporting other teams in resolving supplier related issues
• Participating in company-wide development projects and working together with R&D Team.
