PROCUREMENT MANAGER

We provide clinical trial supply, services, and logistics, including comparator sourc-
ing of medicines, packaging, labelling, storage, and distribution services. And we
offer strategic advice, design, facilitation, and implementation of global early ac-
cess programs, and distributes unlicensed and other medicines worldwide.

We are hiring for the position of Procurement Manager, based in our office in Ber-
lin for immediate start. You will report to the European Head, Procurement CTS
and be responsible for the sourcing of products. You will work closely together with
Inceptua’s other procurement team representatives and other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Understand product needs across the business and take advantage of syner-
gies to drive sourcing efficiencies within our global supplier network.
- Propose strategic and innovative procurement solutions for products to be
used within a clinical trial.
- Monitor all allocated RFQ/RFIs
- Maintain and strengthen our supplier’s relations in Europe and ROW
- Be the primary point of contact and an escalation point for strategic suppliers
in Europe.
- Maintain and develop the vendor management with Key Suppliers
- Develop and maintain our suppliers and products database.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favourable terms and pric-
ing with vendors. Minimize commercial risk by ensuring validated contractual
terms are respected
- Support internal Project Management, Account Executives and KAM teams,
and ensure sustainable and best value supply chain is in place that can meet
current and future needs of the business.
- Maintain the qualification of approved suppliers and qualify new suppliers
when this is neededSupport local Quality Manager in supplier qualification
and onboarding.
- Collect, report and monitor KPIs.
