We are inviting applications for the role of Procurement – Process Associate – Finnish – Remote EU
You will work as part of a large and friendly team so it’s important to be a teammate. We like customer management skills as well as a keen eye for detail and problem-solving attitude.
Responsibilities
This role is a key link between your clients and their providers, as you will monitor the process of supplies’ delivery for North American market. In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to transactional procurement, which include:
- Performing compliance checks on purchase requisitions & analyzing
- completeness of RFQ packages and technical specifications
- Purchase order preparation, issuance, and transmission
- Preparation of RFQ packages, forwarding and follow up, answering supplier
- questions and advising on RFQ response required; consolidation of RFQ responses
- Assist in or recommend suppliers based on both price and non-price factors
- Follows up on deliveries, handling the transportations process
- Builds and updates material catalogs in ERP system
- Answering supplier’s and customer’s requests
- Calling suppliers for various confirmations
- Answering AP department requests related to PO and invoice matching
- Be focal point and facilitate resolution on helpdesk
- Use SAP, Ariba, Axapta tools to process Purchase requests
- Call suppliers to confirm bank details
- Tuesdays and Wednesday work from the Bucharest office, rest are WFA in
- Romania
- Shift will be 9 hours (1 lunch) till 22:00 Monday - Friday
Qualifications we seek in you
- Minimum qualifications
- C1+ English both written and verbal
- Good communication skills
- Similar experience in positions requiring interaction with stakeholders and
- processing orders
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a multinational company
- Work experience with and SAP and Axapta
- Knowledge of Excel
- Previous Junior Buyer experience
