Inviting applications for the role of Procurement - Process Associate - German – Hybrid Budapest
The Procurement organization is in charge to provide professional services to the legal entities operated by the client affiliates across 31 countries. Scope of service includes the end to end indirect procurement support process, vendor master management, purchase requisition and order creation, invoice issue and hold resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain vendor master database, create purchase requisitions and orders, ensure goods and services are receipted
  • Contact person for sourcing teams in terms of resolving issues with requisitions and purchase orders, investigate and resolve deficiencies with internal parties.
  • Work closely with sourcing/business partners on processing outstanding items and specific requirements.
  • Support projects related to standardization, quality improvement, compliance or simplification.
  • Support the preparation of metrics and investigation analysis.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Written and verbal fluency in English and German (min B2 level)
  • Understanding of procurement practices in relation to Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges, complex issues.
  • Flexible approach with a strong team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Professional style when taking care of business clients.
  • Knowledge of Excel andutlook.
