Description:
Looking for a senior Programme Management role with a twist?
In this role you will play a key part in the delivery, monitoring of performance and give to the continuous improvement of our portfolio of products. Contributing to further developing NHS SBS as the market leader for delivering Health focused procurement solutions, you will focus on framework agreements and dynamic markets for the NHS.
A broad-ranging role, you will work across our Procurement Solutions team, to create and implement how we will consistently track, measure and report on our performance and delivery against corporate targets, which in turn will supply to our organisations longer term success and growth.
Leading with a spirited and agile approach, you will not only keep our procurement performance data accurate to support our existing portfolio, but also provide data and competitor analysis regarding new opportunities supporting development of our future pipeline. This role will have a focus on helping advise our category teams to create procurement solutions that will bring optimum benefit to the NHS.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD:
- Established networks across the public sector and NHS landscape
- A good understanding of Central Purchasing Body organisations
- Awareness of Public Sector Procurement Regulations.
- Experience of dealing with public sector procurement policy.

Salary: circa £70,000 per annum, depending upon experience and development needs

Responsibilities:
- Building and implementing a comprehensive framework management programme ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and policies.
- Harmonising reporting, management and appropriate concern of risk, developing and implementing competitor mapping tools to support pipeline planning.
- Coordinating, monitoring and reporting of performance statistics from across the Procurement Solutions Category, Framework Sourcing and Procurement Compliance & Quality Assurance teams.
- Working collaboratively to conceptualise dashboard reporting systems for framework tracking, performance monitoring and benefits mapping.
- Providing Programme Management support across where required to our Procurement Leadership Team. Operating as the Programme Management Office (PMO) to
- Procurement Solutions forums/functions
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across various procurement teams at a variety of levels, to support the delivery of a framework portfolio beneficial to NHS and wider public sector customers.
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with the Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC), Cabinet Office, NHS England and NHS England Accredited Framework host organisations, to stay informed about framework operation in the health procurement landscape.
- Keeping collaborators within Procurement Solutions and the wider NHS SBS Procurement line of business, updated on developments and changes relating to Public Sector framework provision
