Description:

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

  • Diploma/Bachelor in Logistics, Business, Banking & Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or any relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Supply Chain/Logistics/ Operations experiences

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the planning & procurement and support the businesses for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with the service delivery and business support team to optimize outcomes.
  • Enable the service delivery team to instill confidence in our ability to deliver and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with stakeholders to manage inventory and warehousing management effectively.
  • Responsible for overseas warehouse part management and assist finance for auditing.
  • Liaise with technical team to perform parts sparing and procure parts to ensure delivery readiness, including liaising with overseas stocking partner on incoming shipment & verification.
  • Handle hardware and supply chain partners from onboarding to evaluation to delivery
  • Deliver work independently with minimal supervision on the daily operation and on individual projects assigned.
  • Be in charge of parts RMA process and accountable for the monthly RMA reporting, including hardware warranty claim.
  • Assist sales in T&M quotation and advise the best route to deliver the parts globally.
  • Deliver monthly consolidation reports on MA parts readiness, RMA and DOA parts.
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned by management.
