Job Description
SGS is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the team in our office near Perth Airport.

Responsibilities include, however not limited to:

  • Coordination of transactional procurement activity
  • Development of procurement dashboard for analysis and reporting against KPI’s
  • Classification of procurement spend to maintain data integrity and comply with Global standards
  • Drive procurement Sustainability initiatives in accordance with Global & local targets
  • Ensure procurement business processes comply with audit and legislative requirements and continuous improvement of controls and risks
  • Communication and training for business stakeholders in procurement processes.
  • Coordination of Supplier onboarding and compliance to SGS requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with Oracle navigation and data management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong business process and data analysis skills to drive process efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong understanding and experience in procurement principles and practices.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
