We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team in the Indonesia. This field-based role plays a vital part in our supply chain by identifying and onboarding qualified suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. You will also build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to guarantee quality standards and consistent service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a procurement role.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Analytical skills to assess proposals, understand market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Financial acumen with an understanding of cost analysis, budgeting, and financial constraints.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools like ERP systems and database management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Supplier Management:
• Identify and onboard new suppliers that align with our company’s needs.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and consistent service.
• Procurement Operations:
• Manage the procurement process to guarantee on-time delivery of goods and services.
• Mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during procurement.
• Quality and Efficiency:
• Conduct audits and visit vendors to assess supplier capabilities and adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improving procurement effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems that may arise during the procurement process.
