ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a similar discipline;
- Documented experience (3+ years) in purchase order issuance and supplier’s data management;
- Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel;
- Cooperative approach with the stakeholders;
- Accuracy and good analytical skills.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Previous experience in Accounting in public environment;
- Knowledge of public procurement laws;
- Knowledge of SAP tool (MM);
- Good negotiation and communication skills;
- Stakeholders oriented;
- Strong problem solving attitude;
- High motivation to learn;
- Spirit of innovation and creativity;
- Good at time and priority management;
- Ability to work in a challenging and international environment;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environment;

- Purchasing orders’ drafting and management of subsequent related activities;
- Negotiation of buying terms with vendors;
