Your unique contribution
This is a great opportunity to join a global leading wine company in this 12-month fixed term contract and advance your skills within procurement of goods, particularly with packaging materials.
You will be in Barossa or Adelaide and partner with operations and key suppliers in the procurement of goods and services with a focus on minimising the exposure to potential risk and in compliance with the procurement strategy.

  • Coordinate the provision of quality dry goods which meet PRW compliance and governance
  • Proactively identify potential new suppliers and production inputs in compliance
  • Carry out the due diligence for existing and new vendors, as per the business requirements
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance to optimise value and service to the business
  • Contribute to the end-to-end tender process. E.g. negotiation of price, payment terms, quality and other critical supply aspects.
  • With collaboration of the legal team Assist with the preparation and issuing of contractual agreements

  • Background with procurement preferably packaging
  • Previous experience with supplier relationship & performance management
  • Good understanding of legal compliance with procurement and due diligence processes

  • Confident communicator and ability to build strong working relationship
