Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Registrate suppliers, biding according to SOR (statement of sourcing requirement) and do the price comparation and analysis.
  • Collect the official quotation férőm potential supplier.
  • In charge of negotiations and document preparation for the GPC (general purchasing committee) meeting documents according to GPC requirements based on PR and technical assessment from PR Dept.
  • Apply for GPC meeting decision-making and notification after decision being made by GPC meeting. It means that purchaser should inform PR Dept of the result after GPC approval.
  • Take charge of purchasing contracts signing with suppliers and organizing internal contract review and countersignature. It involves CEE purchaser should take care of revision of the contract by legal, have the contracts signed by parties and raise purchasing contract process in OA system.
  • Monitoring the payment releasing base on contract payment term.
  • Archive the purchasing documents and files, including but not limited tot he contract, quotation, GPC docs, etc.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • University/College degree
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role
  • Native Hungarian
  • English language knowledge
  • Strong competence in Excel for data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written negotiations and communication skill
  • Excellent organisational and planning skill
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in project management
