Exciting opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join a Global Tech Co here in Dublin into their Customer Experience Team to support budget management, financial tracking, contract navigation and the end-to-end procurement process.

The Offer:

• Annual Salary Circa €70,000 doe
• 11- Month contract – PAYE – paid on weekly basis
• Location: Dublin City, Hybrid work model – 3 days onsite, 2 days wfh
• Benefits includes annual holidays, bank holidays, laptop, onsite benefits.

Your Profile:

• 4+ years of Procurement Operations and/or Source to Pay experience.
• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or other related field.
• Experience in planning, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Experience in improving supply chain and supplier performance processes.
• Excellent communication skills.

Your day may look like:

• To drive end-to-end procurement process, conduct monthly regional meetings to understand procurement needs – this includes onboarding new suppliers, contract requests, creation of purchase requisitions, Third Party Agreements, assisting with all other buying processes, etc.
• Troubleshooting any customer experience procurement issues as they arise – ticketing systems.
• Review, Process and triage purchase requisitions to ensure the purchase complies with policies, and to ensure speed and efficiency.
• To act as procurement subject matter expert to identify, develop and deploy best practices in procurement, category management, and supplier management.
