QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Economics or similar;
• Experience in similar position or manufacturing industry;
• Fluent verbal and written English and German language skills;
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.);
• Experience in working with SAP and/or SRM tools represent an advantage;
• Independent and responsible way of working;
• Good communication skills and team spirit;
• Innovative mindset;
• Fact-driven and strong analytical skills;
• High ambition and customer orientation in the B2B area.

• Purchase requisition verification and issuing of purchase orders in the SAP system and the eProcurement platform;
• Checking and agreeing on commercial conditions such as account assignments, payment terms, Incoterms;
• Deadline tracking and monitoring (including measures to ensure delivery dates);
• Complaint processing in the event of incorrect delivery and returns;
• Contact person in purchasing for order from corporate functions;
• Master data maintenance (creation and maintenance of supplier master data and info records);
• Creating new suppliers via the supplier portal and obtaining the necessary supplier data;
• Process documentation;
• Review and forward for approval of supplier invoices;
• Creating credit and debit notes;
• As a car fleet administrator the tasks are to efficiently, timely provide and purchase cars within the companies car policy;
• Keep track of documentation and status of cars and drivers;
• Optimize utilization of pool cars;
• Follow up on recurrent legal requirements like drivers license check.
