JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Clamp truck experience required
• High energy, with ability to work in fast paced environment
• Able to work in excessive heat and cold environment
• Have experience in a similar job, preferred
• Able to work flexible hours
• High School Diploma /GED required
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• May be assigned to other projects and duties
• Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures. Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. Promptly reports incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions or processes. SKNA employees regardless of level, position or tenure are responsible for upholding the safety standards regulations and policies.
• Ensure all duties are carried out according to applicable safety policies and procedures
• Maintain proper housekeeping, providing a clean and safe place to work at all times
• Ensure the line to the Pulper is loaded at all times
• Responsible for unloading wastepaper from incoming trucks as needed
• Assist Stock Prep Operator when required
• Minimize downtime and wasted materials
