Position: senior producer
REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive experience: minimum of ten years in various genres, including multicam productions, events, corporate, TV commercials, and reality shows.
Previous full-time experience: proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a full-time capacity.
2IC to the CEO: serve as the 2IC to the CEO/producer, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
Communication: exceptional conversational skills with vibrant energy.
Memory and detail orientation: a great memory and exceptional attention to detail are crucial.
Technical proficiency: good computer literacy.
Dedication and work ethic: extremely dedicated and hardworking, with a relentless drive to create magic and grow within a thriving company.
Responsibilities:
Client liaison: serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are met with precision.
Brief interpretation and execution: translate client briefs into actionable plans and execute them efficiently.
Team management: lead and manage a talented production team to deliver high-quality results.
Supplier negotiation: source and negotiate quotations from suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Logistics coordination: handle bookings for crew, equipment, travel, and catering.
Scheduling: create and manage complex production schedules and call sheets.
Post-production coordination: oversee the post-production process to ensure timely delivery of final products.
Budgeting: develop and manage budgets to keep productions financially on track.
Conducting meetings: initiate and chair internal production managers, contractor briefings, and client status meetings.
Quality control: ensure all productions meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Conflict resolution: address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during production, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Strategic planning: contribute to the strategic and creative planning and development of production projects.
Innovation: implement innovative solutions and approaches to enhance production efficiency and creativity.
Reporting: daily reporting to the CEO on production progress and financial status of each production.
Training and development: mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Risk management: identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth production operations.
Event coordination: assist in planning and executing company events and promotional activities.
Resource allocation: optimise the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to maximise productivity and efficiency.
