Job Description
We are looking for a Product Analyst (all genders) to join one of our consumer product tribes that builds and scales the digital experience enjoyed by millions of consumers across 7 brands in 40+ countries. Our users can do a lot on our platform—order food delivery, buy groceries, find dine-in deals, discover new ad offerings from our partners, play games in our loyalty program (and more!)—and our goal is to make all this as delightful, personalised and seamless an experience as possible!

The mandate of our product analysts is simple & threefold:

  • partnering closely with product and tech counterparts to track and drive product performance,
  • enable a data-informed decision making culture (self-serve analytics, metrics & impact measurement strategy, controlled experimentation),
  • drive generative research that informs & prioritises our product feature backlog.

This particular role is based in Berlin, supporting the squads within the Consumer Insights and MarTech tribe. This tribe develops core data products that enable optimized marketing strategies as well as a personalized user experience within the platform.

YOUR HEROIC SKILLS

  • 2+ years experience in the analytics space in rapidly growing and dynamic environments, ideally with a broad mission scope or several stakeholders
  • Critical thinker and creative problem solver who loves learning and strives for excellence
  • Love for engaging people across the company with your enthusiasm for making positive change and promoting a data driven culture
  • Good SQL and data wrangling skills a must
  • Experience with visualization tools (Looker studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with data orchestration tools (DBT, Airflow) and knowledge of data architectures a plus
  • Experience with quantitative marketing, causal inference, experimentation, application of analytical packages in Python a plus
