WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are looking for individuals who are able to operate as key influencers with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies and business units. Candidates should have a deep understanding of Talent Acquisition and Attraction or OnBoarding and its strategies, trends, leading practices, services, and solutions. They should also have demonstrable consulting skills, an understanding of change management concepts and strategies, and the ability to incorporate insights into designing and developing Talent processes and Technology solutions

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Documenting Sourcing to OnBoarding processes and identifying inefficiencies in current processes
• Providing insights to improve automation and identifying opportunities for performance improvement
• Creating detailed instructions for successful implementation of Technology and process changes
• Supporting increased productivity by developing technology roadmaps to enable processes
• Working with the Talent Product Owner and Product Senior Analyst to prioritize requests effectively
• Producing reports to document process and adoption status and changes within the assigned function

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in implementing Technology and process solutions to achieve functional and process efficiencies
• Experience working in global dispersed teams to enhance services, processes, and standards
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments to deliver required results
