NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO | SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A tertiary qualification in computer science, information science, business systems, or if you have gained equivalent experience elsewhere.
• The ability to engage and hold meaningful conversations with users of the systems.
• Experience working in a role where you have made a positive impact delivering business outcomes, along with entry level to intermediate knowledge and skill in core aspects of analysis and solution development.
• Experience working with reporting tools and managing data sets in line with Privacy Standards.
• Successful experience in managing a small to medium portfolios of work involving multiple and concurrent needs.
• Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to prioritising work to meet deadlines.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to develop, maintain and influence professional working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to explain information in a way that is readily understood.
• Analytical and enquiring mindset, with a willingness to ask probing questions to understand the underlying information.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a bonus.
