MAKE YOUR MARK WITH A RAPIDLY GROWING CYBERSECURITY COMPANY:

We are looking for an analytical and motivated Product Analyst to make their mark in Sydney! A new role, you will be responsible for developing an understanding of our products’ performance throughout EMEA and APAC. You’ll work closely with other teams to establish and monitor key performance indicators, analyze product usage data, and uncover actionable insights to drive product improvements and inform strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintain and develop north star metrics, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and product strategy - as well as provide insights and recommendations to guide product development and optimization;
  • Perform exploratory analysis of customer behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement;
  • Maintain and update our current set of product metrics;
  • Design and implement data tracking and instrumentation strategies to capture critical user interactions and product performance metrics;
  • Conduct customer segmentation and cohort analysis to identify high-value customer groups and tailor product experiences to their needs; and
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and deep-dives into specific product areas or user segments to answer critical business questions and inform strategic decisions.
