The purpose of this role is to set the strategic data direction for the team, taking ownership of the overall vision and outcomes, liaising with other channels to ensure an integrated approach/roadmap.
This role will play a pivotal part in the growth and success of Carat across the MENA region by driving data offering expansion, managing key partnerships, and contributing to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Offering Growth in MENA:

• Spearhead the inception, development, and delivery of assessment and roadmap offerings to enhance Carat’s data capabilities across the MENA region.
• Ensure seamless integration of these offerings with all service lines to align with the external organization’s business goals related to current analytic/data tools, processes, and acumen.

Partnership Management:

• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with data partners and media platforms.
• Oversee all paid data partnerships on behalf of clients, including negotiation and monetization efforts.
• Ensure the maintenance and growth of these partnerships to enhance the agency’s data capabilities.

Revenue Generation:

• Directly and indirectly drive the objective to generate revenue from data offerings.
• Work closely with the internal delivery teams to implement data strategies that maximize revenue opportunities.
• Develop compelling responses to new business opportunities, focusing on data-driven solutions.

Consulting Practice Facilitation:

• Advise, plan, and lead internal delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of data-related projects and initiatives.
• Continuously evolve templates, processes, and tools to enhance the agency’s data capabilities.
• Foster internal and external understanding and growth of the consulting practice related to data.
