You will be joining the Savings & Partnership Products Team, consisting of 4 Products & Pricing Specialists and 1 Senior Product & Pricing Leader to help with delivering best in class, customer focused savings product to meet our Corporate Plan objectives.
The core purpose of the role will be to monitor savings trading performance, proposing and bring to market new products to achieve planned volumes and costs targets.
The role involves working closely with a wide range of teams across the Society including Marketing, Digital, Business Partnering, Finance, Legal, Compliance and the Society’s Distribution and Operations functions.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Manage the savings product range towards the delivery of corporate plan cost and volume targets, ensuring that products are launched in line with agreed procedures.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of the external market including risks and opportunities, with a view on how this impacts our commercial and customer outcomes.
  • Identify and develop new savings initiatives aligned with our strategic priorities.
  • Lead on the delivery of key savings initiatives for 2024, including Fair Value assessment and subsequent actions, rationalisation product and base rate change proposals.

What Do We Need From You?

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and product management.
  • Knowledge of the retail savings market.
  • Good relationship/ stakeholder management skills.
