QUALIFICATIONS

• You are an Engineer with an affinity to (technical) Marketing or you have a strong Technical Sales / Marketing background with a Commercial component
• You are experienced in construction and have understanding of the CE regulations in the construction sector
• You are a team player and are a strong communicator in a professional and technical setting
• You have solid Marketing knowledge combined with conceptual thinking and strong presentation skills
• You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and leadership skills
• You are willing to travel within the EMEA region
• You are Fluent in English, written and spoken, and a good command of German is nice to have

• You have the ownership and accountably for product portfolio and product life cycle development
• As part of the EMEA team, consisting of five people, you are responsible for the Stakeholder management through influencing, driving and supporting
• Your understanding of manufacturing environment helps you translate market needs to product specifications
• Your responsibility also contains writing new business development plans, setting price strategy and establishing Marketing Plans
• You are initiator and participator in process optimization-, cost reduction- and new product development projects
• You support quality and certification processes and are responsible for technical complaint handling
