Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Are you passionate about supporting a more sustainable future? Do you enjoy understanding the customer’s needs and providing them with greener and more reliable solutions? Are you data-driven and results-oriented? Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or upselling solution for their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
You will help modernize locomotives by creating schematics and product instructions for our global customers. This will require you to integrate and apply existing ZTR products which help increase rolling stock reliability, availability, maintainability, and connectivity. In addition to these operational benefits, our products have a positive environmental impact so you will get a chance to help the rail industry achieve its environmental goals.
WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Analyze, mark up, and create electrical schematics.
- Create, review, and approve customer-facing instructions including product installation and testing.
- Provide technical and customer support for established product applications.
- Assist and work with our Technical Support Service Team to help our customers with any application questions they may have.
- Work with our engineering team on complex projects and grow your technical experience and expertise.
- Work with the team and project manager to meet deadlines for multiple projects.
- Be a point of contact for customer facing inquiries.
- Available to travel to customer sites within North America to support applications and commissioning.
