Product Business Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO CR2:

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills using the English-language.
• Demonstrable Analytical/Design, Communication and Documentation Skills
• Experience of Agile Software Development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital transformation strategies in the banking sector
• Knowledge on API and microservices.
• Experience with software systems in the banking sector.
• Experience of software testing and methodologies.
• Excellent team player, cooperative and flexible.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and can-do attitude, keen to be involved at all levels of a product.
• Articulate communicator, ability to present ideas clearly and precisely, both written and verbally, with concise attention to detail to peers, colleagues, and management alike.
• Good listener, the ability to listen effectively and to consider input from peers, colleagues, and management alike.
• Self-reliant, the ability to work without close supervision and address problems in a collaborative environment.

OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:

CR2 is a leading provider of Internet, Mobile and multichannel banking, ATM and card payment solutions to the worldwide financial services industry. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Product Management Team as a Product Business Analyst. You will be responsible for articulating user requirements for high quality software across multiple products, in areas such as Architectural improvements, new feature creation and enhancements on CR2’s retail banking product - BankWorld.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

• Proactively participate in an Agile Product driven environment
• Gathering / refinement of requirements from multiple sources
• Work with Product Management and Product Owners to produce User Stories / Backlog items to feed development Scrum Teams
• Work with the development and testing teams to see these requirements to completion.
• Documentation of Product Features as required.
• Any other related tasks as required by the line manager.
• This role would suit an experienced Business Analyst with strong experience mapping out business processes/user scenarios.
