KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years’ experience in communications writing, preferably with a background in financial products, wealth management or banking
  • Strong customer communication focus with proven ability to adapt communications to required tone of voice
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to customer audiences
  • Strong communication, project management and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Able to manage competing priorities
  • Experience using Pardot or similar email communications software

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Join our dynamic Product Management Team as a Product Communications Manager, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative and visibility of HUB24 products.
You will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies, ensuring that our products’ value propositions resonate effectively with our target audience. As part of a collaborative and innovative environment, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how HUB24 products are perceived in the market, driving engagement and awareness through strategic messaging and impactful storytelling.
This role sits at the intersection of product management and marketing, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s growth trajectory.
This is a permanent position and is located in Sydney

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of communication plans, tailored to the initiative and audience impacted.
  • Creating and executing communication strategies that align with product launches and campaigns.
  • Drafting of communication content in relation to: Product disclosure updates, product and operational enhancements, end of financial year processes and activities, incident management, operational templates, key messages, internal and external FAQs & facing guides and fact sheets.
  • Execution of product communications via digital and email channels to the external audience which includes Analysts, Licensees, Advisers and clients
  • Keep internal client facing teams informed about product developments, updates, and key messaging to ensure alignment and support.
  • Working closely with product management, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy execution.
  • Reviewing external facing guides, FAQs and online content
