As a Product Consultant, you will be the first point of contact with our clients, as a part of our international and agile Advisory Team who is responsible for the successful implementation and operation of our solution by our clients. You interact with various customers from all around the world.

• You support our clients in different offshore and onshore client tax reporting modules using our product to successfully fulfill reporting obligations
• You meet the SLAs in resolving incidents
• You are a reliable point contact for our clients, you assist them in the functional area of the tool
• You support the client on second level support
• You analyze the reported issues and provide solutions to our clients
• You are in contact with our R&D team to explain them / fix the reported issues
