Product Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Explain and educate customers on product specifications and pricing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to maintain good customer relationships and close sales.
• Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Sales experience is preferred.
• High school, diploma, higher diploma, and/or tertiary graduates or a related field
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of pricing and product specifications
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Must willing to travel; locally and/or outstation with own transport, allowances will be provided accordingly
