REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience, or fresh graduates with internship experience in copywriting or content marketing. Must have a background in Creative Writing, Journalism, Marketing & Communication, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Has a native proficiency in English.
  • Possess attention to detail, especially in grammar & vocabulary usage.
  • Able to identify the right words/terms that are widely used in the investment/financial sector. Being an active investor themselves is a huge plus.
  • Has a growth mindset to always go the extra mile in learning and upgrading yourself.
  • Able to be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environment.
  • Able to present a portfolio that shows your copy strategy and solution, specifically on UX/product copywriting and digital copywriting in general.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

Product Copywriter plays an important role in humanizing digital products through words. You will be responsible for ensuring users have the most delightful experience possible with the words you use to guide their experience through the journey on our site and app. The candidate will make sure that technical complexity can be translated into a delightful copy that enriches our user experience in Pluang.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the product copy requirements, explore possibilities of copy direction, and push the implementation of the suitable copy strategy that answers the design objectives and business goals.
  • Craft concise, consistent, and compelling copy based on the agreed copy strategy.
  • Actively supports and proposes improvements for the Product Tone of Voice, and writing system/guidelines based on the product design direction and the company’s vision.
  • Test the proposed copy to validate and iterate the solution.
  • Collaborate with fellow Product Design team members during the design research and ideation, able to actively support them in finding the framework to deliver the best outcomes.
  • Work closely with Product Managers or other stakeholders in the company and become their ‘go-to’ person for product copywriting and product design in general.
  • Liaise with engineers during copy implementation & product testing to ensure the final copy is completed and implemented accurately.
