As a Product Designer at Contovista, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI-powered banking products. Your responsibilities will entail conducting user research, developing prototypes, designing intuitive interfaces, defining feature requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring your ideas to life. You will be passionate about …

• understanding market and user needs in banking with a focus on AI-driven products
• conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
• creating concepts, wireframes, and mockups for intuitive user experiences on desktop and mobile
• facilitating workshops and design sprints with cross-functional teams (customers, engineers, sales…)
• managing timelines, backlog, and deliverables

You will impress us with …

• 3+ years of UX design experience
• proven track record in product design and visionary/innovative thinking
• familiarity with industry-standard methodologies and new tools (AI for instance)
• passion for innovation and industry best practices
• experience in Digital Banking and B2B2C solutions (technical understanding a plus)
• your excellent communication skills, you are fluent in both German and English, allowing you to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
