Your new role: We are in search of an another experienced Product Designer with a strong focus on UX and UI, dedicated to tackling intricate challenges that will shape the landscape of digital healthcare and enhance the well-being of our patients. You will be the only Product Designer which means you need to be comfortable with both UX and UI work.
In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with a service designer, alongside product managers, developers, and stakeholders from various business sectors. Together, you will create human-centred solutions for a multitude of challenges spanning across diverse products and services, making each day unique and exhilarating.

EXPERIENCE /ATTRIBUTES

• Hands-on experience with a diverse range of UX Design methodologies, supported by a portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in User-Centered Design processes, taking the lead in collaborative product discovery.
• Ability to visualise experiences through various means, from sketching to prototyping, journey mapping to story mapping.
• Strong communication skills, simplifying complexities and effectively communicating with diverse groups, from business stakeholders to end-users.
• Passion for user interaction, demonstrated through interviews, usability tests, and other engagement opportunities.
• Data-driven approach, adept at deriving actionable insights by connecting both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Genuine passion for technology and product design, with a keen awareness of technological innovations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with users, product teams, and stakeholders to comprehend challenges and opportunities, crafting sophisticated solutions across web, mobile, and other platforms.
• Utilise your robust understanding of user-cantered design to lead collaborative product discovery initiatives.
• Create UX and UI designs as well as prototypes. Maintain design systems.
• Conduct workshops and design sprints.
• Plan, design, and facilitate usability tests, interviews, surveys, polls, and more.
• Collaborate with product squads to define UX outcomes, metrics, and opportunities for enhancing user experiences.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire, promoting user experience awareness throughout the organisation.
