SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 4-6 years of professional experience in a product design role.
• Exceptional visual and user interface design skills, grounded in user-centered design principles.
• Strong sense of consistency, color, typography, and an eye for detail.
• Ability to grasp complex issues and distill them into clear, focused solutions for our partners and their customers.
• Effectively communicate product direction even under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, coolness under pressure, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for design.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In this dynamic role, you’ll report directly to the Lead Product Designer and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, customer experience, and senior leadership.
