We are seeking a skilled designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work and collaboration for our global audience. As a Product Designer at Box, you’ll join a top-tier design team tasked with crafting industry-leading user experiences for a diverse global user base.
To excel in this rapidly evolving landscape, we seek a designer who is passionate about solving complex usability problems, increasing product engagement, and adept at building partnerships through humility, proactivity, and collaboration. You should have experience working in a product-led growth environment and be comfortable with HTML and CSS. Above all, you’re dedicated to creating visualizations that empower users and thrive in a positive, supportive culture.
We are looking for someone brimming with ideas and open to iterating on them. You should be scrappy and nimble, willing to pivot and change direction, and not get married to a single idea. This role involves working with many different teams, so strong collaboration skills are essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable presenting in front of leadership, as this position has high visibility. • Craft intuitive design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for products and features
• Work cross-functionally with our product and engineering partners, facilitate design discussions, and ensure design quality
• Participate in the full product development process from research to shipment
• Break down design problems into actionable chunks while soliciting feedback from other product designers and cross-functional partners
• Look for creative ideas inspired by analogous verticals, and inspire the team through amazing execution
