At TripleTen, we are building a leading online coding bootcamp that offers the opportunity to learn tech industry skills in less than a year. Currently, we operate in the US, Latin America, and Israel. We have been working on TripleTen since 2019 and have over 1,000 alumni and an 86% employment rate.
We are gradually developing a strong design culture. Our diverse team consists of about 20 communication, content, and product designers and illustrators. We have a unified visual language that includes brand and illustration guidelines, as well as a design system for UI. We also conduct regular design critiques and encourage communication between product and communication designers. We have big plans and many things to build. Now we’re looking for a Product Designer for the Mobile App team. At the current stage, our app is a channel to attract new students to our bootcamps and does not provide full courses.

Requirements:

YOU’RE OUR PERFECT MATCH IF YOU:

• Has several years of experience in product design. We are not looking for entry-level designers right now.
• Designed mobile applications and have them in your portfoilo.
• Are proactive and persistent. You truly care about the outcome of your work.
• Consider business needs, implications, and practicality in your designs. You don’t get stuck on pretty UI or deep abstractions and can balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line.
• Value high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design and care about details. You can make a lovable yet practical UI.
• Can write clear UX copy and communicate in English. B1–B2 with basic fluency is enough.
• Our dev team mostly consists of Russian speakers, so you need to be able to communicate in Russian as well.
