SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience in digital product design.
• Experience working on onboarding for sophisticated applications advantageous but not crucial.
• A curiosity about problem-solving and a passion for user experience.
• Proficient in design research, discovery, validation, and usability testing.
• Experience with end-to-end workflows and mapping techniques, with a high competence in working with appropriate design tools (i.e. Figma, Dovetail, Miro or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated competence in facilitating workshops that engage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and co-creation to drive innovative solutions.
• Agile methodology experience and capability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and a history of successful team member collaboration.

We’re on the hunt for a product designer who can simplify our SME product onboarding and play a pivotal role in our 3rd party app integrations. You’ll work alongside a versatile team to design intuitive, engaging experiences for a diverse range of MYOB offerings.
