ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Experience in activewear fabrics highly desirable
• Experience in large scale clothing production including raw materials through to delivery in our purpose built warehouse
• Demonstrated experience in the field with ideas of how a progressive Production Team should continue to challenge the norm.
• Extensive experience in garment tech and sample management
• Experience within E-Commerce platforms desirable and other software such as 3clicks, Style Arcade, Shopify and Asana.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the LSKD community, brand mission and values
• Actively identifies new areas for learning and needs to stay up to date and leading edge in area of expertise
• Strong communicator and clearly conveys information and ideas in a focused, appropriate and effective manner
• Ability to hit deadlines and work that extra mile to get the job done on time

THE ROLE

This newly created role will be a part of the LSKD Design and Product development team and will be responsible for assisting in the successful production and on-time delivery of our ground up developed, technical functional fitness wear. As roles go, it’s a big one!

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a part of the Product team to ensure the business is keeping ahead of production trends and staying relevant.
• Improve the products being developed by engaging our community at a grass roots level
• Manage samples on a daily basis and ensure all comments and supplier relationships are handled professionally and efficiently
• Ensure garment tech standards are maintained and a high degree of attention to detail ensuring best in class tights
• Assist the design team with final product drawings, measurement specs & tech packs for production
• Submit tech packs and communicate with offshore suppliers on product specifications & enquiries, from prototype stage through to bulk production
