Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Development Analyst, Originations & Servicing is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategies and programs that support the Originations and Servicing segments. This team member will support effective communication between internal external business partners as well as provide proficient reporting and analysis. The success of this position will be greatly dependent on this team member’s ability to interface and develop relationships with peers, internal departments (i.e. Legal, Communication, Training, etc.), the Sales and Credit organization as well as external partners.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Assist in the development, implementation and rollout of program enhancements and/or new programs
  • Produce and maintain various reports that track and analyze data, program results and region trends
  • Assist and support AVP Pricing Operations in the creation and maintenance of training presentations and other field communication
  • Assist AVP Pricing Operations in the research and resolution of internal and external questions/issues to ensure proper understanding and utilization of programs
  • Manage program materials/forms inventory including reviewing and approving new customer orders, coordinating reprints, and managing creative updates
  • Assist in working with the training department to ensure all necessary team members are properly educated in order to support implemented products
  • Maintain program materials on internal and external websites and assist with updates as needed
  • Manage program enrollment process and ensure dealers are accurately setup
  • Understand the program administrator’s products and processes Build and maintain effective working relationship with administrator’s staff for timely and effective planning and execution
  • Work with internal and external partners such as Legal, Communication, Dealer Services, etc to ensure the program’s success
  • Understand products and processes for timely and effective issue resolution
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as needed
