WHAT YOUR FUTURE LOOKS LIKE AT ACCOUNTOR

You will be joining a superb team called Product Office. We work with product strategies, product portfolio, customer experience development and process excellence. In the Products function that our team belongs to, we develop five different product families (Procountor, Ecom, eTasku, Isolta, Apix) and additional services linked to those products. We are located at our headquarters in Espoo and in Stockholm and we work with a flexible hybrid model.

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team as a product development expert specializing on the Swedish market. Your role will entail the following:

  • Engage actively with customers and other stakeholders in order to understand the needs & legal requirements and to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in user and market research and provide your input for product strategy work.
  • Suggest solutions meeting the needs of the stakeholders while considering other relevant aspects such as technical feasibility, dependencies, internal processes, budget restrictions, industry trends etc.
  • Describe the needs through user stories and requirement specifications so that they are sufficiently clear and understandable for the development team. Peer-review other Business Analysts’ user stories.
  • Ensure that solutions are aligned with FMS Products’ standards & vision and provide your insight on the priority of backlog items/stories/features.
  • Collaborate with UX & service designers. Contribute to sprint/iteration planning & support the developers & quality assurance in understanding and detailing the stories/specifications.
  • Make sure that the solutions are document in a proper way and a clear responsibility for updating the documents exists.
  • Commercialization: Provide support in defining, communicating and ensuring the value of the product or service for the customer.

With these skills you are one step ahead:

  • Academic higher university degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar.
  • Passion for creating first class products and services for our customers is a must. Experience from product development roles such as product manager, business developer or business analyst, is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to apply holistic business and commercial thinking while understanding the principles of software development.
  • Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication, including influencing skills towards peers, leaders & customers.
  • Ability to collect information and insights, to think analytically, to be creative & to suggest well-justified solutions. Experience in turning stakeholder expectations into clearly defined requirements & concrete actions.
  • Demonstrated drive to advance complex matters efficiently and independently to the agreed goal.
  • We work mainly in English, but in this position there will be local Swedish stakeholders and therefore, a working proficiency in both English & Swedish is a must.
