Product Development Manager

Are you an experienced engineer with passion and commitment to manage products and solutions?

We are now looking for a Product Development Manager to manage and develop our mold & tooling products and product family for molded fiber, Valmet 3DFiber machine. You will participate to customer product delivery projects and are in key role of finding the best technically and economically feasible solution for the customer.
To be successful in this position, you need to be experienced in managing product development, product portfolio and coordinate work with the interest groups. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills and practical mindset. Ability to manage schedules, tasks and resources and willingness to take responsibility are also essential in this role.

In addition, to succeed in this position, you should have:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering
• Strong engineering background (mechanical, some automation, process industry understanding)
• Strong understanding of molded fiber products and process requirements
• Experience of product management
• Experience of managing and leading engineering process and resources
• Experience of project delivery management
• Good resilience under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Finnish
