THE REQUIREMENTS

• Food Science engineering degree (or Similar) or Master Butcher/Master Sausage Maker with 3-5 years related experience in the meat industry and knowledge of government regulations is required.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PLM software systems
• Previous supervisory experience
