Description:
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or any other related program;
- 1-2 years of experience in the lighting industry (or related industry) will be considered an asset.

- A mastery of SolidWorks;
- Be a good team worker and be open to changes;
- Possess excellent organizational skills;
- Be able to manage multiple tasks in parallel;
- Be rigorous and have attention to detail;
- Demonstrate a sense of initiative and autonomy;
- Enjoy working independently and in a team;
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills;

Responsibilities:
- Manage the adaptation of European products for the North American market;
- Support integration into our Longueuil factory;
- Work closely with the Industrial Design, Electrical Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering and Marketing teams;
- Assemble testing, certification, and sales samples;
- Validate assembly steps (pre-pilot and pilot activities);
- Create items and BOMs in our ERP system;
- Plan and program product configurators in our ERP system;
- Prepare technical drawings of parts and assemblies;
- Support product certification, both in terms of safety and the environment;
- All other related tasks.
