Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in Dearborn, MI is looking for a Product Engineer Controls. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities:
You will test our Client’s latest powertrain control strategies in a hardware-in-the-loop and in-vehicle environment. The Core Vehicle Controls Software team is looking for an engineer to have the responsibility for validating propulsive controls. You will join a team, with the opportunity to restrengthen existing robust verification methods, support test execution, and demonstrate results through data analysis and reporting.
What you will be able to do:
- Perform Software Validation testing, analysis, and reporting for production software on HIL and vehicle.
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to determine root cause.
- Report issues using automated reporting systems such as JIRA.
- Store and retain documents and test records according to established guidelines.
