Description:

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder (Electrical/Electronics/Computer) with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in FPGA hardware such as Xilinx or Altera
  • Good knowledge of Verilog register-transfer-logic design and hardware functional verification concepts/test methodology is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience in FPGA development tools such as AMD/Xilinx VivadoExperience in digital design and embedded software development using FPGA will have added advantage.
  • Comfortable in Linux environment, and programming skills/experience in C/C++ are preferred.
  • Good problem solving and failure analysis skills
  • Good team player and results-orientedExcellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Zero-Error Systems (ZES) is seeking a Product Engineer to join our team and help us revolutionize the industry. As a Product Engineer, you will join a team of specialised engineers to design, verify, test, and operationalise our System-on-Module (SoM) products by using high-performance Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) SoC devices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the product development team, and be involved in the FPGA product development lifecycle including system design, IP development, testing, application-use case, and production
  • Contribute to the full design methodology (from front-end to back-end) based on FPGA, including the design of customized circuits/Intellectual Properties (IPs)/systems and the configuration/programming of macro-IPs (e.g, ARM cores, and communication interfaces) within FPGA cores
  • Create and review the test programs to support and validate the FPGA product development
  • Support the FPGA design upgrade
  • Maintain and provide good documentation for the FPGA product developmentAny other duties assigned
