Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced product engineer to join our team. As a product engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and improving our company’s products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet quality and performance standards, while also meeting customer needs. This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of the product development cycle, and a passion for innovation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product engineer.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of product design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
• Design and develop prototypes of new products.
• Advise the development team on product requirements during implementation of new features and improvements.
• Test and troubleshoot prototypes to identify and resolve design flaws or performance issues.
• Implement design changes and improvements based on test results and customer feedback.
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams, including creating technical documentation and conducting product training.
