Easton Technical Products needs a motivated and innovative Project Engineer - New Product Development to spearhead in bringing groundbreaking arrow solutions from concept to production. This on-site role is pivotal in driving innovation within our company, and we are seeking an individual with both technical expertise and a keen sense of urgency coupled with meticulous attention to detail. Managing complex projects with tight timelines requires the ability to prioritize tasks and drive results efficiently. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining the accuracy of engineering documentation, ensuring product quality, and meeting deadlines effectively. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Project Management Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with a persuasive sense of urgency and strong multitasking capabilities.
• Engineering Proficiency: Strong engineering and mechanical design skills, with proficiency in Solidworks 3D software and Product Lifecycle Management software.
• Detail Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, organized, and deadline driven with the capacity to lead cross-departmental teams.
• Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication abilities, with the skill to analyze and interpret technical materials effectively.
• Archery Experience: Personal or professional experience relating to archery is highly desirable.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline; MBA is desirable.
Three to Five years of project engineering or project management engineering experience, plus two years of design drawing experience.
