Responsibilities:
- Conduct focused user research to constantly advance the user experience.
- Develop sophisticated UX/UI designs that comply with organizational standards and exceed user expectations.
- Perform detailed quality assurance testing-both manual and automated-to maintain the PLC’s reliability and performance.
- Work across all levels of the organization to ensure that design and quality are integrated into the product development life cycle.
