We are now looking for a Product Information Line Manager to join our team
Do you want to shape the future of technology working with Product Information and Ordering System teams? The team consist of experienced technical writers creating/updating product information for Network Management products and engineers creating/updating software and hardware ordering systems. In this role you will work as a Product Development Leader and Agile Line Manager ensuring that our product information is of the highest quality.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING:

• Strong understanding and appreciation of user documentation/help
• Knowledge and experience with reusable content using DITA and a CMS preferable, but not essential
• Knowledge of telecoms, project management, confluence, JIRA and user interface design experience are a plus
• Experience working in a continuous deployment and Agile environment where content needs to be updated regularly and rapidly
• Excellent understanding of the back-end processes within Ericsson R&D
• Good time management and project management skills, with ability to balance multiple challenging work streams being delivered
• Experience developing and executing a product strategy/vision with the end customer in mind
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Coaching and mentoring experience
• Experience in driving efficiency and quality improvements
• Strong presentation and communications skills, and a pro-active and outgoing profile
• Strong individual drive, in combination with customer focus and interest in exploring new areas
• Relevant Degree in related field

• Build and coach a high performing Product Information team
• Ensure that all “Portfolio” Product Information roles are resourced
• Execute and oversee development strategies, keeping quality, time, scope, and cost in mind for products.
• Actively engage with stakeholders in the ordering system development flow ensuring that processes and tooling are efficient and ordering systems are delivered on time
• Drive the performance management process and activities for your team ensuring high quality deliverables
• Continuously conduct competence management ensuring that your team has the skills and training to execute on their tasks
• Managing team budget and head count ensuring that any project requirements/needs are fulfilled
• Ensure all processes and tooling are effective and efficient
• Drive/Coach Knowledge Sharing & Learning for Product Information throughout Engineering Unit Network Management, especially within the software development community
• Actively promoting innovation and driving a culture of continuous improvement
• Escalation management for documentation issues for the Network Management portfolio and programs
• Maintain an understanding of best practices, current technologies, trends, and business strategies.
