Responsibilities:

  • Work with the PIM Administrator, ERP, DCX, and Product Teams to organize, structure and manage product data and asset readiness for PIM import templates.
  • Source, clean and format product data in alignment with the established conventions, product taxonomy and PIM import templates, including:
  • Work with Product Experts to identify and finalize data dictionaries to migrate from legacy prompt system and values to new prompt system and values.
  • Define, maintain and QA excel formulas for efficiencies and scale, including formulas for long new product descriptions.
  • QA data cleanliness and completeness at the SKU level, prior to formatting data for import.
  • Update import templates with clean product data for import.
  • Action bulk upload of data as needed.
  • Support the creation, development and documentation of new product data conventions and data modelling, working with Product Experts and the PIM Administrator to validate new models and property conventions.
  • Identify and present insights into product data patterns, challenges, and opportunities for the organization.
  • Work with the PIM Administrator to develop improved workflows for accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
  • Support the PIM Administrator with data import and PIM management as required on the platform.
  • Training, support, and development of PIM Analyst interns and/or junior team members.
  • Instill discipline and a sense of urgency for real-time problem resolution to identify and eliminate problems.
  • Demonstrate excellence in completion of all other duties as assigned.
