YOUR MISSION:

As an Product Instructional Designer at Parloa, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective and interactive learning solutions. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact training programs focused on our SaaS products. Collaborating with subject matter experts (SME) such as Product Managers, Solution Engineers, CX Designers, and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in creating content that enhances the knowledge and skills of our teams, our customers, and our partners. You have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and the ability to leverage various instructional technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives and knowledge gaps
  • Design high quality instructional materials, including e-learning course, instruction-led training, videos, and live training
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for internal teams, customers, and partners
  • Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different user groups and skill levels
  • Build and implement the platform to store and share learning content
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to gather and validate content
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to make continuous improvements to learning materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
  • Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders regularly
  • Implement knowledge checks to measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Partnerships teams to organize training with customers and partners
