WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• INITIAL CALL WITH OUR TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGERYou’ll have an initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations and you can check off any initial questions you might have.
• INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTYou’ll get to meet with the Director of Product to learn more about the role & ROLLER whilst also talking through your experience in more detail.
• WHITEBOARD COLLABORATION SESSIONYou will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team on a challenge we present to you which will give you a taste of the type of exciting things you can get involved in at ROLLER! You will also get to showcase your style of working.
• LOOP INTERVIEWSThis is where you will get to meet our wider ROLLER team to do a ‘vibe check’ on us to make sure our culture & vibe meet what you are looking for!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Lead for the Data Intelligence Squad, you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation in leveraging our extensive data set through cutting edge AI/ML technologies. This role presents an exciting opportunity to pioneer a new product area, addressing internal operational challenges while extending capabilities to our customers. We’re seeking a seasoned Product individual who can champion our vision, craft strategic roadmaps, and drive rapid execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
