THIS ROLE WILL BE A HYBRID WORK POSITION IT IS NOT A FULLY REMOTE POSITION
We are in search of someone with experience in enterprise software product management to lead the development of the Regulatory Product which forms part of the Datascape Enterprise SaaS ERP solution. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with orchestrating the planning, execution, and optimisation of the product, with a focus on the unique needs of the local government sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the Product.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and ongoing optimisation, while maintaining a keen focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation within the enterprise software domain.
- Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to product managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
